Strength Training Workout #3


Supplies needed:

1.  Two heavy dumbbells (review THIS guide to make sure they are the correct weight for your fitness level!)

2.  A sturdy chair or bench

3. Foam roller

4. Water

Optional items:

-Yoga mat

-Resistance band
